GILLY’S
ROUND TABLE
A quarterly gathering for practice owners
Six seats. One table. A full day away from the coal face with osteopaths who are serious about building thriving practices – and six hours of CPD in the bargain.

This is for you if…
✓ The thinking about where your practice is heading never happens between patients – because there is no between patients.
✓ You’d value honest conversations with practitioners who get it, without competing for attention in a room of two hundred.
✓ Something in your practice has you stuck – patient retention, fee confidence, marketing that doesn’t feel sleazy, or even slowing down.
✓ Your CPD hours are due and you’d rather earn them solving real problems than sitting through another webinar.
✓ You’ve been the most business-minded person in every room and you’d like, just once, not to be.
✓ A proper homemade lunch sounds considerably better than a meal deal in the car park.
When you step away, something shifts
Running a practice means shoehorning the big decisions into the gaps between treatments. And the gaps never come.
When you step away from the treatment room for a whole day, suddenly there’s room to think about the direction you’re going in and what you need to do next to achieve your goals.
That’s what the Round Table is. No fluff, no pitching, no competing for airtime. Just six practitioners around a real table, sharing challenges, swapping solutions that actually work, and getting unstuck on the things holding their practices back – with Gilly steering.
You’ll leave with clarity, accountability, a small network of practitioners you can trust – and every hour logged as valuable CPD.

Gilly – despite being in practice for more than forty years I never cease to be amazed at how much I learn from your sessions. The small group setting allows everyone to contribute and receive invaluable insights into the business side of practice without fear of judgement. I would recommend your services to anyone no matter what stage their practice is at.
Keith Sparling · Osteopath · 40+ years in practice
The thing I liked best about my day with Gilly (other than the tuna pie and muffins) was the ability to talk about clinic management issues with colleagues in a non invested environment. The thoughts coming from my colleagues, whom I had never met, were genuine, thoughtful, informed and without prejudice. It allowed me to look at the conundrums I had in a different way. I hope that my own input was as well received. This was a very productive day.
Kendall Chew · Osteopath & Clinic Owner
I had a great time at the Osteobiz Round Table. It was so valuable connecting with fellow osteopaths, sharing ideas, and soundboarding different perspectives. The discussions were insightful, the host was delightful, and the lunch was excellent. Thanks to everyone involved – I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Where exactly is it held?
Around the table at Gilly’s home in Ruislip, West London. Full directions arrive with your booking confirmation.
Does it really count as CPD?
Yes – six hours of structured, peer-based learning on the business side of practice, which you can log towards your annual CPD requirement.
Do I need to be an Osteobiz client?
Not at all. The table is open to any osteopath or clinic owner who wants to work on their practice, whatever stage it’s at – from associate thinking about going it alone to principal with a full team.
What about dietary requirements?
Gilly will ask for yours ahead of the day and cook accordingly.
What if I book and then can't make it?
Get in touch as soon as you know and we’ll do our best to sort something out – seats are limited, so the earlier the better.
Why only six seats?
Because that’s how many fit around a table where everyone genuinely contributes. Bigger rooms mean quieter voices – and the quietest voice often has the most valuable question.

About Gilly
Gilly Woodhouse has spent thirteen years helping osteopaths build practices that actually work as businesses – over 1,100 clinics worldwide, and a community of more than 6,300 in #OsteopathyWorks.
Not an osteopath herself – and that’s rather the point. The outsider’s eye spots what’s missing in a practice precisely because she isn’t buried inside the clinical work. Around this table, that eye is trained on your practice, alongside five other owners who’ve walked the same road.
And yes, she really does cook the lunch!
My Clients have A Lot To Say
“I had a clinic group webinar with Gilly today, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was engaging, informative and inspiring. I feel like I’ve got some great ways to improve my online presence, and I look forward to putting it into practice. She’s given me the get up and go and the confidence that I severely lacked regarding online posting!”
“I almost wish I’d never met Gilly!!! I am so busy I can hardly keep up with my patients, I only have to talk to her and more seem to come out of the woodwork, she’s a whizz at what she does. Thank you so much for all the fantastic advice, help and support”
